Parietex ProGrip™ Self-Fixating Mesh

Parietex ProGrip™ self-fixating mesh delivers security, patient comfort and ease of use. Its advanced microgrip technology provides immediate fixation1 of the entire mesh surface for a secure repair and even distribution of tension for patient comfort. Designed for ease of use, the resorbable polylactic acid (PLA) microgrips enable surgeons to position and place the mesh in under 60 seconds2, without the use of additional fixation1. Surgeons and patients can depend on a secure repair with the potential for greater patient comfort.

Parietex™ Optimized Composite (PCOx) Mesh

Parietex™ Optimized Composite (PCOx) mesh offers a resorbable collagen barrier on one side to limit visceral attachments and a three-dimensional polyester knit structure on the other to promote differentiated tissue ingrowth and ease of use.

Based on the proven performance of original PCO, PCOx is the next generation of Parietex™ Composite mesh. It is engineered to better address surgeon and patient needs in laparoscopic ventral hernia repair. The new design incorporates a more resistant barrier and a proprietary textile design with better visibility and increased strength1.

PCOx mesh promotes rapid abdominal wall integration2, minimizes visceral attachments2 and facilitates strong tack fixation1.

Parietex™ Optimized Composite Open Skirt (PCO OSx) Mesh

Parietex™ Optimized Composite Open Skirt (PCO OSx) mesh provides a new level of control during open ventral hernia repair. The open skirted (OS) design has increased rigidity for easier handling during implantation in open incisional and ventral hernia repair.

The skirted flap on the parietal side of the mesh allows for more easily accessible fixation points in the open approach. The skirt provides an area of fixation protected from the viscera on one side and allows fixation to the abdominal wall without disrupting the collagen film.

Parietex™ Composite (PCO) Parastomal Mesh

Parietex™ Composite (PCO) parastomal mesh is a monofilament mesh providing a custom design for parastomal hernia repair. While ordinary meshes carry the risk of in-growth into the bowel, Parietex™ Composite is coated with a protective collagen-based film to help prevent tissue attachment. Its unique design provides for easy placement of the mesh for parastomal hernia repair.

Parietex™ Anatomical Mesh

Parietex™ anatomical mesh provides a custom designed mesh for laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. It combines Parietex™ 2D weave with Parietex™ 3D weave.

The 2D weave is lightweight and macroporous with a design that is rigid, making it ideal for laparoscopic applications due to its handling properties.

The 3D weave is also a lightweight, macroporous mesh but has a design that provides compliance and softness. This softness allows for gentle placement over sensitive nerve and vessel structures in the inguinal area.

Parietex™ Folding Mesh

Parietex™ folding mesh has a suture to fold the mesh, making insertion into a laparoscopic cannula easier. This design enables ease of placement of the mesh into the surgical site for inguinal hernia repair.

Parietex™ Flat Sheet Mesh

Parietex™ flat sheet mesh comes in both 2D weaves (TEC) and 3D weaves (TET) designs.

The 2D weave is a lightweight, macroporous mesh with a design that is rigid, making it ideal for laparoscopic applications due to its handling properties.

The 3D weave is also a lightweight, macroporous mesh but has a design that provides softness. This 3D weave allows for compliance and isometric movement with the patient. Its macroporous nature provides optimal cell ingrowth.

Surgipro™ Flat Sheet Mesh

Surgipro™ flat sheet mesh is a non-absorbable, polypropylene surgical mesh exhibiting high burst strength and tensile strength.

The mesh comes in multiple designs, including multi-filament, monofilament and open weave. All designs are knitted in such a fashion as to provide bi-directional elasticity, while allowing the mesh to be cut to any shape without unraveling.
